These terms cover ordering from Ahara, a home-kitchen food business based in Koramangala, Bengaluru. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Placing an order

You can order through WhatsApp, our website booking form, or our Google order form. Submitting an order request doesn't guarantee it's confirmed. We'll follow up by phone or WhatsApp to confirm details, availability, and delivery timing before your order is finalised.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website are accurate as of the date shown but may change without prior notice. Bulk or party orders may be quoted separately based on quantity and requirements.

Delivery

We currently deliver to select areas of Bengaluru: confirm your location with us when ordering to make sure we can reach you. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to demand, traffic, or weather.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as early as possible. Once we've started preparing your food, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute cancellations. We'll always let you know where things stand if you reach out.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed with you directly at the time of ordering.

Allergies and dietary information

Ahara prepares food in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, and nuts. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. While we take care in preparation, we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Our responsibility

We aim to get every order right, but if something's wrong with your delivery, let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right. Our responsibility for any issue is limited to the value of the affected order, and we're not responsible for delays or problems caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
